Yes, we offer 14-day and 30-day consolidated invoicing for verified enterprise accounts processing more than 100 deliveries per month.
Are the packages insured in transit?
Yes, all deliveries are insured up to KES 10,000 automatically, with extended coverage options available for high-value dispatch operations (such as electronics and pharmaceuticals).
Do you have an SLA for pickup and delivery times?
Yes, our SLA guarantees rider dispatch within 10 minutes in core urban areas, and delivery completion between 30 to 90 minutes depending on the zones.
Can my operations team track multiple dispatch orders simultaneously?
Absolutely. The Merchant Dashboard provides a centralized map view of all your active deliveries in real-time, complete with rider details and ETA.
How are failed deliveries and returns handled?
In the event a customer is unavailable, our riders attempt contact up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the package is automatically routed back to your designated fulfillment center and billed as a discounted return leg.
